It is important to read the Terms and Conditions to be well informed.

 

The Paula Thittichai Website, products and related services are made available to you subject to the following Terms of Use. By visiting www.paulathittichai.com  you are accepting and consenting to the practices described – we may modify our Terms of Use from time to time, and your continued use of  www.paulathittichai.com  following such change will signify your agreement to be bound by the modified Terms of Use.

These Terms of Use and the contract between us are governed by English law. None of the below affects your statutory legal rights and if you disagree with any, you are not permitted to use the Website.

Price
Prices shown on the site are in GBP. Please note that all shipments to destinations outside of the UK and the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes and you will be responsible for any local taxes and/or duty on your incoming purchase.

Postal charges are free within the UK, if the delivery destination is outside the UK please contact us for postage costs.

All published prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

Contract & Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Orders placed by you are an offer to purchase and will be accepted by us.

When an order is made online, we reserve the right to check any discrepancies and an order will only be confirmed when it is verified by us. If there is an error in the ordering process due to technical or other reasons beyond our control we are entitled not to treat the order as being binding on us.

A contract is made between you and us when we accept your order. Acceptance occurs when we send an email to confirm shipment. We have the right not to complete the order and to refund any payment you have made. Any jewellery which is not included in the shipment confirmation email will not form part of the contract.

The Order/Contract is subject to your right to cancel only before the shipment confirmation . Should you cancel after shipment a full refund will only take place if you return the jewellery the next day.

When a special order is placed you will be notified by email when it is ready usually within 10 working days. A special page and a link for you to visit on the Paula Thittichai website will be included. The link and page will only be accessible to you with a picture of the actual necklace that has been made and at that point you will be able to purchase the item in the normal way. The above conditions then apply. You have 14 days to decide to continue with the purchase, if you do not buy it after that time it will be made available for others to buy

Privacy
You will have to provide us with limited personal information if you place an order on this Website. Your information and details will not be passed on to any third parties. We would however like to send you details of new collections and news from time to time but if you do not want to receive them just send us an email and your name will be deleted from the mailing list. All reasonable security will be taken to ensure your details are secure and we will not be liable for unauthorised access to information supplied by you.

Payment
Payment can be made online by credit or debit card. Delivery will not take place until we are satisfied that the payment has been processed. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Paula Thittichai, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Full payment will be taken when you place your order only then will despatch take place.

Your payment details are not held by us at all as they go through the Pay Pal secure system which is not linked to us apart from your name and address for delivery purposes.

Returns Policy
Please notify us by email immediately if you wish to return your jewellery for a refund.

We accept returns as long as they are returned unworn in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt. You must return the jewellery in its original packaging Royal Mail use rollers and jewellery can be damaged if it is not returned as recieved.

We only accept returns by Royal Mail Special Signed for Delivery this ensures safe delivery of the item, as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Please email the Special Delivery tracking no. to us as a refund cannot take place without it.

For returns from outside the UK a similar postage system is required, that is a signed for package which proves the item has been sent. It remains your responsibility until the package arrives safely, so please ensure you follow these instructions.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method in full but not the returns postage which is your responsibility.

Photographs of every piece of jewellery are taken and if the jewellery is returned in a worn or damaged condition a refund will not take place. You will be asked to make a postage payment before it is returned to you.

Delivery
Your delivery will take place within 5 working days of placing and paying for the order, if for any reason this cannot take place you will be informed by email and your choice to wait or cancel and receive a full refund is your full option.

Delivery will be by Free signed for Royal Mail Special Delivery but if the order is returned to us because of non-delivery or non-collection you will be charged for re-sending the item. We will give you an estimated delivery date for your order along with the tracking number of your package. No times or dates are guaranteed.

Interllectual Property Rights
All copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in the Website and its contents are owned by and licensed to Paula Thittichai. This includes all the jewellery, logo, website design, graphics and layout.

All material and content contained within the Website is made available for your personal, non-commercial use only. None of the contents may be modified, copied, reproduced, transmitted, downloaded, published, displayed, distributed, or sold.

Important Notices
Every care has been taken to describe the jewellery and show the enamel colours accurately but all computer screens and web browsers are different. Care is taken to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices on the Website are correct at the time when the products were entered onto the system. Due to the techniques used no two items can be exactly replicated. The item shown will be the one you receive at time of order. If more than one person orders the same item simultaneously the first to complete and pay will receive the jewellery and an email will be sent with refund if necessary to the other.

General
These terms of sale form the sole basis of the contract between you and us unless otherwise agreed in writing by us and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes will be decided by the English courts.

We shall not be liable for any breach of these terms of sale beyond our reasonable control.

A person who is not a party to these terms of sale shall have no right under the Contract(Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these terms of sale but this shall not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that act.
